The Best Freakin’ Spaghetti Squash Ever
Insanely easy and yummy recipe. (the crappy picture courtesy of my iPhone)
1 medium spaghetti squash
4-6 pieces orange peel
1 small onion, halved
2 tsp butter
2 tsp course sea salt
ground pepper
Halved and seed squash; score inside diagonally.
Smear butter onto scored flesh, rub with sea salt, and grind pepper (to taste).
Add orange peel and onion.
Place spaghetti squash halves, cut side down, in oiled casserole dish and cover with tinfoil.
Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
