Art Recognition and Memory

I see and remember music as pictures, even non-vocal.

I rarely remember movies by pictures; they live in my minds as words, either descriptive or actual scripted lines.

Literature exists as voices, sometimes one voice, sometimes multiple, not necessarily dependent on the narrator or character.

Graphic design I remember with typography; if it has little or no text, I have difficulty recalling it, unless the main image is very striking. I remember all other design in lines and shadows, rarely color.

Visual art (and comics/graphic novels) are the only things I remember as they are: colours and pictures.

An individual’s sensual memory of various arts is interesting… I think about things; random things.
